The University Data Catalog is your self-service hub for discovering enterprise analytics. Offices across NC State have added their dashboards and reports making it easier for anyone to access and understand data that can help improve our campus. By providing detailed context (metadata) and a standardized glossary of terms, the Data Catalog promotes data literacy and builds trust in our university’s data.

The Data Catalog helps you find the data you need by hosting it in one place, organizing the details, filtering various categories such as certification status, functional areas and ownership. Use the catalog to easily find and navigate various aspects of University Data such as product details, ownership and security and access. The Data Catalog also includes a business glossary of standardized definitions for terms used across NC State analytics.
